This beautiful woman. She came to me at the last minute, like 37 weeks along, last minute. She said she felt frantic because she knows it’s her last pregnancy and she just really wanted some beautiful images of her carrying her 2nd and final baby. And I totally get it because I was, at the time, 39 weeks pregnant. Technically I was on maternity leave already, but we squeezed in her pregnancy portrait session just in time in beautiful North Austin. I absolutely love how these turned out. We captured all the joy that beautiful Kristi is experiencing as she awaits the arrival of her sweet baby girl. Thank you Kristi for trust game to capture these images for you, just in the knick of time!
I have photographed beautiful Lexi several times now, and it’s been so fun to watcher her grow up through the teen years. When she reached out about some dance portraits in Austin, I was really excited. So we went to one of my favorite locations and captured some gorgeous images of her dancing and just being herself. Here are a few favorites from her Austin teen dance portrait photo session. Enjoy.
A beautiful, expecting Mama, a sweet boy and his precious dog. This session was perfect. Here are just a few favorites from the McArthur Maternity Portrait and Lifestyle Family Session.
Sweet little baby boy, Reed with his parents and proud big brother. This day was the first day he held his little brother and it was really special to witness that unfold.
I love photographing newborn photos in your home, within the first 12 days after birth. It’s such a sweet time, and no one should miss out on having images from this small window of soft newness and baby squishiness.
Here are just a few favorites from this sweet Austin Newborn Portrait Session.
A good friend knows all your best stories, but a best friend has lived them with you.
These two girls have been through it all together, and might as well be sisters. I absolutely love spending an afternoon laughing with them and learning about their special bond. Genevieve is moving away, and she and Lexi wanted some special portraits to document their friendship before she left Austin. But miles won’t be able to separate these two ladies. Their friendship is the forever kind. I hope everyone has a friendship like this in their life. The kind where you laugh without saying word, finish each other’s sentences and understand each other in every way. These are the friendships that make life wonderful. Thanks for allowing me to capture your sweet friendship, Lexi and Gen! I know you’ll treasure these memories forever.
